Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a trauma-focused therapy that identifies specific points in the visual field which help access unprocessed trauma stored in the brain and body, facilitating both emotional and physical healing.

Neuroscience explores the biological mechanisms of the brain and nervous system, providing insights into how neural processes impact behavior, cognition, and emotions, particularly in trauma and mental health.

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between mind and body, using body-centered techniques to release trauma, regulate emotions, and promote overall well-being.

Internal Family Systems (IFS):
IFS is a therapeutic approach that views the mind as made up of distinct “parts” or subpersonalities, each with its own emotions and roles. It helps individuals heal by fostering harmony among these parts and connecting with their core “Self,” which is calm, compassionate, and capable of leading the internal system toward balance and healing.

This combines insight-oriented exploration of unconscious patterns (psychodynamic) with grounding and mindfulness techniques to help clients manage stress and foster self-awareness. -
